The voice carries an energy of its own. The power of a message lies as much in the vocal vibration as in the choice of particular words. When undivided attention is placed on the words spoken, some deep sharing of information can occur.
You will find below a series of podcasts talking about Personal Development, Spirituality and Wellbeing. They will be added to this page as they are released. I believe podcast is a fantastic medium that allows to create a direct connection between the speaker and his audience, removing the distraction of a visual which—although appealing—can dilute the power of the spoken words. I hope you will enjoy these episodes as much as I enjoyed recording them.

In these times of global lockdown, we are collectively facing a situation where travelling is virtually suspended till better days come. But in the end, is it such a bad thing?
In this episode I will share my tips around how to raise the vibrations when we feel emotionally low—or even depressed. That is traditionally the case in Winter but this year we also have all the restrictions due to coronavirus in place and for many of us it’s a lot to deal with! So don’t give up, you’re not alone. Start taking some steps today and you’ll soon say goodbye to low vibes.
A random street conversation with someone eager to get back to work triggered some reflections about the situation of many people today. I share my point of view in this episode about money, work, the current system and dare to ask to my listeners “if money were no object, what would you do with your life?”
We’ve all been hurt and felt onto an emotional roller-coaster trying to cope with painful situations from our past. We may feel trapped in an endless cycle of ruminations which deplete our energy. As long as we have the courage and willpower, everyone can heal and move on from bad memories! And there’s even something more important: it is to understand and take away some lessons for next time, so we can finally break the negative and self destructive patterns in our life and truly heal. Join me in this episode about emotional healing to find some comfort and guidance if you’re having a hard time getting over some past hurt.
When you focus on the positive in your life, you’ll find it in each and every thing you contemplate. Coronavirus is no exception. For some people the crisis that started a year ago has been a blessing in disguise, but only when they’ve allowed themselves to go through an inner transformation. For others, it’s been a very challenging situation that still continues today. Join me in this episode to understand how Covid is not the enemy to blame, but merely an external catalyst that revealed pre-existing problems in our lives that needed some attention.
Sometimes, a relationship is beyond repair and in the name of self-love and sanity we must end it. Yet many of us resist this obvious conclusion and can’t let go, leading to even more suffering. Join me in this episode where I share how, when enough is enough, it’s time to react and find courage to do what is in our best interest.
I talk about the Covid situation and protests in main cities. Also about the importance of emotional management, the waves of collectives emotions and how to protect yourself.
After watching the documentary ‘The Social Dilemma’ on Netflix, I have more data to share with you on a topic already dear to me: how technology can be misused and hurt us—whereas it was supposed to help us in the first place!
I have become alarmed by how zealous some people around me have become in their firm belief of catastrophic events to come and how, overnight, things could take a turn for the worse. It is my analysis that in their desire to break free from the perfectible system we live in, they have turned to false prophets and are being themselves manipulated by yet new powers whose exact identity is to be determined. This is a warning to those who relay —without any critical thinking—anything controversial or of a conspiracy nature they come across on alternative media, and think that by doing so, they are the heroes of the day.
Myself and other people around me have been subject to episodes of very low mood over this summer 2021, and I don’t think it’s a coincidence. What happens in the human collective consciousness impacts all of us, and there’s still a lot of negativity out there at the moment. In this episode, I explore emotional healing, gratefulness, compassion, and uncovering the ego.
